Overview |
ROYAL RESORT
The Resort is divided into four distinct zones, Hotel,
Villas, Lodges & Condos. Each zone offers a different
level of privacy and luxury. All residents have
access to all of the facilities offered by the Resort.
RM 5* plus HOTEL
The Hotel zone will include a five star hotel with 220-250
rooms. The Hotel will include a five star luxury spa,
a conference center, a casino and many restaurants to
suit its international clientele and taste.
RM PALATIAL RESIDENCIES
The Palatial Residencies zone will include Villas at an
average size of 550mē on plots from 800 -1000 mē. The
ultimate in unbridled luxury.
RM CASCADING VILLAS
The cascading zone will be right above the condominiums
and will include villas with sizes ranging from 300-480
mē.
RM SEA FRONT CONDOS
The Condo zone will include 2-3 bedroom apartment condominiums.
These spacious condominiums will each cover an approximate
area of 120-272mē each. All condominiums are designed
in order to have a direct view to the Adriatic Sea.
RM YACHT CLUB
The Marina stretches out below the Condos and the Hotel
and is a safe haven for supply and moorage.
