Lovcen mountain you will realize why famous Montenegrin poet, bishop and ruler,
Petar II Petrovic - Njegos, chose it for his eternal home. In case you want
to relax your mind and refresh your body, beside the biggest lake in the Balkans,
Skadar Lake, the northern Montenegro will provide time to remember. You can visit
four national parks, famous Durmitor mountain and one of three remaining European
virgin forests, "Biogradska Gora". In case you need a special excitement,
white-water rafting along the canyon of beautiful river Tara will make your blood
boil. It is worth to remember that this is the second deepest canyon in the world,
right after the canyon of Colorado in the USA. For those that are winter
fans and enjoy in snow-covered mountains, skiing in Kolasin and Zabljak is a perfect
choice, especially due to the fact that Zabljak is covered in snow for 120 days
a year, from December until April. The Black Lake waits for those that like fresh
air, unspoiled nature and walking through centuries old forests. And this is only
